But what remains the same is this conflict has been going on for a while now in Mozambique with support from other Southern African nations as well as the U.S. You seem to think your opinion is held higher than IVZ management and the leaders of many nations who have met consistently and already taken action regarding the ISIS issue. The SA region (as well as this forum) is well aware of the situation and has been for a while now.

Everyone on this forum would like the PSA to be signed as quickly as possible but whinging, and becoming Captain Obvious with these posts is not gonna make it happen any faster nor get leaders of the free world to act more efficiently.

It looks more like down ramping to secure a better position then general concern from a ex pat South African who holds a small parcel of IVZ.

I'm sorry your post isn't as enlightening as you expected but do us all a favor and just pay the asking price for the shares and quit wasting this forums time.
