Haha, that's a good question Chinkait, my guess would be that they don't know either, as it was going to be just a few more weeks and that was back in October, to be honest, they have been using shareholders as ATM,s for such a long time now with no returns that it is hard to see how they could possibly raise money IMO? so win some loose some , that's the game in this part of the market hey?
