I do this about 5 times a year on the gold forum depending on the time frame, also whether it's gold or silver, and this excludes inflation.

1n 1955 the median Sydney house price was $7,000.
In 2021, the median Sydney house price is $1.2 million.

Up 171 times EXCLUDING RENT which must always be included in any calculation.

In 1955 silver was .89c
In 2021 silver is $27.70

Up 31 times.
