Are there any copyright or IP lawyers here?
Could TMH find themselves in hotwater with Channel 9? This is on the basis of using the word 'Herald' and using similar font as the Sydney Morning Herald on the header of their website. It could easily be confused that TMH is a related publication.
Both publications also have their slogan right below the header too.
