Issue price for Shares issued under the SPP:
The lower of:
a) A$0.78 per Share; and
b) a 5% discount to the volume weighted average market price of ROC Shares traded on ASX during the five trading days up to and including the Closing Date.
The closing date is the, 7 August 2009.
