IRI closes many of its licence sales in the last weeks of each half. Note Continuous Disclosure announcement 18th Dec that it would fall short of consensus, followed by 30th Dec that it was even worse than earlier disclosure.
We have three weeks to go to end of FY21, if cloud is destroying their business, expect a continuous disclosure in the next two weeks. Feels like this has already been factored into the SP.
