After 4PM it becomes an "auction". If there are a lot of buyers at a particular price and sellers at the same price then a buyer can jump the queue by offering a higher price and vice verca.
It is something you have to follow closely prior to open and at 4PM to 4.10PM
Today some of the sales for VPG made after close were cross trades where a broker matches a buy with a sell within their own customers.
