I have a feeling Zip will not think about acquiring Wrz because zip had a bad experience with revolving credit line in both Zip Money and Zip Biz. Zips focus right now seems to be BNPL type non revolving and longer term merchant financed.
Although the limit for BNPL type is revolving but high $$ value type converts to terminating type like with the trade plus.
