Mate, you do not need to put up with that crap! I have a very simple approach which has improved my experience. I immediately place someone on ignore who does not have something valuable to add to the conversation. That includes downrampers, uprampers and anyone who abuses either. My ignore list is quite long, however my experience has improved and I actually enjoy visiting the forum as I don't have to sift through the rubbish anymore to find useful information.
