I think you’ll find his posts have actually been quite reasonable, the whole way through. When you go back an re read he’s quite objective and clear in raising discussion points.
labelling him as a downramper for raising some interesting points (some I disagree with and think weren’t valid) is intellectual laziness.

I don’t think it’s worth worrying, if you all recall the SP for tranche 1 of the existing facility, it was at a premium well over SP at the time. We also don’t know what type of cap raise this will be. I highly doubt to retail investors, so securing good funding through an institutional placement may be an enabler to moving furward with DLEC.

until we know it’s not worth worrying and cursing. if it is a retail placement, then I’m with Cheyne, it would be a perplexing turn of events.. BOD has pulled out some good surprises though. So I’ll have faith that it may be a favourable outcome.
