Below is part of what they sent me today after i lodged my complaint to ASIC.As you may be aware, on 2 June 2021, Mr Glenn Livingstone of KPMG (Sydney) was appointed as the liquidator of IGE pursuant to an Order of the Supreme Court of New South Wales. A liquidator such as Mr Livingstone is required by law to investigate the affairs of the company to which they have been appointed and to report any misconduct by the company’s officers to ASIC. Accordingly, please report this aspect of your concerns to Mr Livingstone as follows:
