I am in the central west of nsw. Its freezing, snowing actually, been overcast for days, and whilst I am a huge fan of solar and wind, I am certainly glad I have gas for hot water and I am connected to the grid, which thank christ aint relying on solar, wind and batteries right now.
The greenies, who are enjoying the same creature comforts as me right now, need to pull their heads out of their buts and stop putting up barriers to gas as a transitional power source.
An announcement or 2 would be nice right now from management. A pipeline deal. Although a little anxious, I keep the faith.
I wonder if the renewables bandwagon has gained to much momentum? ( point taken Tui, but its the sheep mentality we are dealing with here)
