Morrison Singapore stopover...
NextDC cash in bank ready to build a vertical datacenter there, govt moratorium ending.
It would require a RE project to go with it to meet Singapore govt requirements. One option is an Australian RE project cabling electricity north. NextDC could purchase/partner the required RE capacity as part of a much larger scheme that would require Govt to govt arrangements.
Singapore has to find RE from somewhere to feed datacenters, generated on someone else's land, if they are to remain a communications/business hub.
