Please ask them to have their project manager (who was appointed a few months ago) to produce a schedule with milestones and deliverables that are clear.
Please ask that this schedule is very regularly communicated to shareholders, so that we don't have to do it ourselves to hold them to account.
Oh, and start ticking some boxes that are far far overdue.
