    this is a positive news IMO as lenders are prepared to refinance and extend BLY debt.

    cap raising looks certain..at what price?

    We should have some more details abt refinance and capital raising soon IMO.

    This news has given market more confident in BLY now...may see BLY testing the resistant level 31.5 again next wk.
