I agree with you. My charts have been bearish for some time. When you think about it was about 6 months ago, RSH closed below the 200 sma. Even though it's technically weak and most are giving money back, does that quantify a bad share? It all comes down to your time horizon and risk tolerance. Personally, I don't mind buying these lows as I'm confident in Respiri's fundamentals. I have positioned myself to take advantage of these lows.
