I mentioned my dialogue with Ken Scarince and now Tony Dawe and what you have raised is the very issue that I have been discussing. They were/are aware that this is an issue and they are grappling with how they can deal with 37,000 diverse investors around the globe and not come into conflict with the ASX.
Not an easy issue to address.
I take comfort from the fact that they recognise the issue and are trying to find a solution or solutions.
