As per the announcement - to facilitate the drilling program and geophysical assessment of Newleyine PGE-Ni-Cu target, to undertake further work at the PGE-Ni-Cu prospects identified recently (Nth and Sth Tolarno) and to conduct further RC drilling at Berinka in July/August.
That and the potential to buy the property outright.
