I would never call a mother a birthing parent under any circumstance - you keep calling them birthing parents - for whatever reason - and my urge to ridicule it will always prevail.
And I will say you prefer a transgender goes and kills themselves rather than feel comfortable sitting on a toilet seat behind a closed door using your logic.

I asked the lady I live with and she thought birthing person was ok as she couldn't really say mother but after much thought went with surrogate mother when that was suggested but not really a mother.
I didn't call them birthing parents as they would not be a parent because they are not parenting the child. If you remember, there is a contractual agreement to be artificially inseminated, give birth and hand over the child to the paying parents. They are no longer a parent or a mother. You get that, not a parent, not a mother to the child? You seem to think they are when having no participation in the childs life whatsoever, except for birthing. A birthing person. Say a woman gets raped, falls pregnant, doesn't want to be reminded of the rape but by her conscience doesn't want to have an abortion so decides to adopt the child out as soon as born. Does not want to be a parent or mother of the child to be reminded of the horrific experience?
Again there is no reason for me to keep calling them birthing parents. No reason whatsoever and you say I say

See how thick you are? The woman is not the child's parent, she has contractually sold or adopted the child she gave birth too. She has sold/adopted the child to the parents who now are the child's parents. One of them is the child's mother.
But I get you have this warm and fuzzy feeling about every child born in the fairy tale world is born into Bill and Betty meeting and falling all gooey in love, getting married and having a beautiful bubbly baby and living happily ever after.
