I hope that the story is rubbish not because I support Dan but because if it is true a young woman has been put through an experience that I find repulsive.
The idea that Dan might be playing this rumour for political gain is laughable at best and if the Spin Doctor’s think they can draw some political advantage out of it? Dan should sack them immediately.
Sexual assaults or accusations of sexual assaults need to be dealt with immediately and not used as a tool in a political sense, both Vic Labor and those raising the rumours should understand that.
