Anyone heard anything else about Sinochem interest? It would be the contrarian buy of the year.
The way I see it is that these cyclicals are gold on a long term silver platter. There is an overhang of supply after they were trying to capitsalise on high prices which ultimately collapsed. Now they will reign in production so that in 6mo there will be a global shortage and prices will be elevated again. They will then sell into higher prices. Demand isnt going away. Just the supply side goes up and down and controls prices. Cyclical Cyclical Cyclical. Cant go wrong at these levels plus takeover speculation with a minimum $14 price from Aspect Huntley today.
