I do and am LOL. The thing I try not to do is make adverse judgments about people. If I am to disclaim the emails posted here as being factual the I need to say:

1. Tony Dawe has not been truthful, or

2. The US poster fabricated or altered the reply, or

3. The Hot Copper poster fabricated the whole thing, and

4. Zeebot is being untruthful when he said he asked the company direct and received the same reply and he is in a conspiracy with 2 and or 3 above.

So until proven I will accept they are all telling the truth including Peter van der Made and Anil Mankar and in doing so I need to find a way to explain what appears to be an inconsistency.

And yes good trial lawyers and prosecutors do this all the time.

Telling lies is very hard to do but convincing people you are telling the truth and should be believed is harder still it is a lawyers role to assist a court to navigate either path to achieve understanding.

I once cross examine 108 alibi witnesses in a murder commital and never asked one question about where they claimed they saw
the accused fiancée at the time of the stabbing as the truth lay outside the area of the evidence they had rehearsed.

He was committed for trial and entered a plea of guilty.

I am happy with my analysis.
