2021 BRN Discussion, page-12882

Hi guys, i have been a holder of brainchip since 30c last year. Unfortunately i had to sell my many shares yesterday.

I have created an account to thank the many of you for your research and to moreover make 1 post on this brn forum to say goodbye.

I do love this company and hope to return to it one day. My mrs and i often refer to it as "brainy" and check commsec together daily as we watch our baby grow. But the time to exit has come. I have no doubt this is a great hold for extremely long term views, and im sure will do extremely well in many years to come.

Although it was a good tiny run from 30c to mid 70's it was quite underwhelming for my expectations. Im not going to lie i expected much more. i know this may upset some but im just being honest. I have left for the reasons below:

-i do not like or appreciate how management is running things. Constant incorrect announcements, very unprofessional, no CEO, directors leaving constantly, our founder is our CEO. This cannot be denied or argued.
-it has been dead silence since December last year (except for the "volume" production.) which is not what i expected in volume.. at all.
-i expected many announcements about customers and AKD2.0 but have got nothing
-we have had no update on renesas our only customer for IP
-4C financials and AGM were underwhelming and not what we anticipated.
-hasn't come close to touching the $1 mark, even though all of us would think by now we would be well over
-although in a very slow uptrend, i believe no real boom in the SP will occur for at least another 5 years. Until then i have another company where my brn money has gone.
-we do not get any updates or news from management and are left in the dark to trust a company that does not speak.
-often never hear of "deals" we have made ever again.
-news flow is extremely weak
-my returns are not as i anticipated.
-very slow and underwhelming progress
-wont be years till we receive proper revenue

I am open to any counter points but dont believe any of the points above can be denied. Moreover, i also must state i don't like the "up ramping" and "down ramping" on this forum. Many of you make ludicrous posts that get myself and others hopes up which never eventuate. So please stop. you are misleading newcomers and it isn't right.

i thank you all again and wish you and brn the best. However id rather invest elsewhere, where management keep their word and care for their investors.

I am handling millions, not thousands.
