"a dream that doesn't work" more like a dream that does work but has been tarnished by ASX's campaign. and likely scared a number of potential customers away.
think about it, would you do business with a company that was under investigation. this is why the damages claim is what it is. the business was growing rapidly until the suspension and media smear campaign.
