I did NOT say CC welcomed it, or imply it. He said he could see a need for it because of the overcapicity of milling equipment in the region and not enough ore. That does not imply welcome, or unwelcome. He merely discussed it as it was a topic in the market at the time. I think he's too sharp to let slip to a punter like me which way he's leaning. But as I said, I'm quite sure he would like to be a miner as well as an explorer. My Opinion only.
