Looks like the resigning scientists are mostly worried by losing their reputation should it not work. I think from reading that some approvals are given but can be withdrawn at a later date if better data doesn't come through (eg psychosis drug - Nuplazid. )
I see this new leniency great for us as it will cut a lot of time off getting it prescribed to patients.
I think this is the cause for SP.
