That is quite an interesting find that one 7*8's...

Firstly because it would dovetail brilliantly with an emerging non fil reram memory chip and therefore make a perfect pair should any blank cheque SPAC see fit to make a pitch..

And secondly because of the Spansion tie in with Cypress Semicon, the Doc's old company which means both the Doc and John Kisbert speak the same language regarding product placement, positioning and value that such a merge would bring.. But not only that, see both men are of moral integrity and therefore it could be reasoned that any hint of impropriety in a SPAC merge and IPO that some may see would never pass the sniff test for either, as Acca has insisted all along..

The Doc stood his ground and faced trial proceedings over the issues at Cypress and with TJ Rogers and never once backed away from his moral duty in doing so. In fact he resigned on the basis that he didn't agree with the path the company took to settle the matter as it was not his firm belief it was the right thing to do.

Mr Kispert from his brief bio seems cut from a similar cloth. Therefore if both men saw that the proposition would benefit both companies greatly, as it appears to do on face value, then I am sure that they could see fit in working together with Mike Cordano & Michael Long in standing up a new R&D IP Chip Vendor company to supply both MRAM & RERAM to an emerging market via Western Digital/Kioxia for Nand and Western Digital/Qualcomm for DRam/MRam pruducts... Noting the WDC & Qualcomm partnership on open source framework discussed earlier.

Seems to cover both the issues the industry sector faces in doing so achieves universal memory... Tunable which ever way you want.

Well it seems that way to me anyway, an elegant solution... But I'll let Acca pass judgement on that one. hahahaha
