Based on the data I have seen traditional technical indicators don't appeal much to me, but I will tell you I am very interested in a man named JM hurst. These cycles jive more with my understanding of the markets than DMA's Bollingers RSI etc. Everything swings and the swings might be measurable, but if enough people understand the swing then the alpha in understanding it is lost. If everyone is using the same indicators there is no edge.
