It's just a joke. No real country will ever accept it as legal tender.
What retailer would ever want to have to accept this garbage, it will never work unless somehow they can take the volatility out of the price. Imagine trying to do business when the value of the currency moves 20 percent every other week. Companies would go broke overnight trying to use this.
