    I would say that no you should not need to wait 1 or 2 quarters to see that growth from advertising spend.

    Marketing spend goes up in line with customer acquisition - You should not be spending money on marketing and waiting 6 months for the customer to sign up to such a platform. CRO have already stated they have had a huge increase in leads and reported on it.

    Correct me where I am wrong ;

    Marketing spend increased = Increased leads = Increased phone calls from the newly appointment staff = increased demos = increased sign ups to the platform.

    That is the long winded way for a complete fresh lead that has only just seen the marketing from Spenda. The ones that already know of the platform/have been referred to would be signing up straight away.

    If your waiting 3-6 months from your lead inquiry to sign up there must be a reason why? Please provide some further info why you would expect to wait 1-2 quarters to see the sign ups?

    Then you have the questions of customer retention from the sign ups, what's the expected life time value of the customer? What's the retention rate of existing customers? Howe many have signed up and dropped off or is it currently 100% retention on existing customer?

    I agree the CRO story is great but how about the product and the company. In my opinion the next financials will tell a huge story of what's happening and going to happen.

    If the guys here are correct and your revenue neutral then WOW go CRO smashing it - floods of potential new investors myself included.

    If it goes the way I think and not even close to revenue neutral then WOW hold on how is this company going to support itself moving fwd.

    By stating its cashed up and doesn't matter - that's the same as saying a Ponzi scheme is a great investment providing there is cash in the bank - well at some point it will all come tumbling down.
