Yes I have read woomps thesis which makes sense to me. If TLS want to take back the shops for a variety of reasons then it seems to me that the transition should be 30/6 of any year because the calculation will be a multiple of a financial year. Yes because this is taking so long I have spoken to the workers, and they tell me that TLS will take over. I have run service businesses, which are all about having good staff good people in this sector are hard to hold as they have many options, therefore TLS would want to bed this down quickly to retain the goodwill which they are in effect buying back
