Charmaine Gittleson Speaks on FDA Feedback, page-61

I'm not sure why Mr. William Goolsbee, Dr. Gil Price and Dr Charmaine Gittleson joined ANP if they knew there will be a working problem with the Management Board in particular with Mark Diamond.

All I know is the following quote by each individual:
1. Mr. Goolsbee: "I am delighted to be appointed to the Board of Antisense Therapeutics. It's an exciting time at ANP with the progress being made on the development of their drug platform which is attracting global pharmaceutical interest, I am looking forward to working with the Board and assisting Mark Diamond and his team to capitalise on the many opportunities that they have been progressing. Having two Phase II drugs places them in a unique position going forward." -- 15 October 2015

2. Dr. Gil Price: “I'm excited to join Antisense and collaborate with the executive leadership team to contribute to the company's mission of developing and delivering innovative medicines for patients and families living with DMD," said Dr. Price. "Going back to my early career as a pharmaceutical physician, my passions have always been focused on transforming the way medicine is practiced through the delivery of
breakthrough therapies. At Antisense, we have an opportunity to bring an unprecedented drug to treat DMD and possibly other diseases. I look forward to help accelerate our program with the initiation of our Phase IIb trial and building the foundation to become a successful company focusing on neurodegenerative disease.” -- 27 February 2020

3. Dr. Charmaine Gittleson: " I look at the management of the organization, I felt that the Antisense Management very solid good experience and very disciplined approach to what they're doing....." 3 Jun 2021

Unless, they said something facetiously, they don't really mean it what they say? BUT Very highly unlikely!

I believe CEO/MD is a person who is appointed by the Management to run the operations of the company. No one sets the rules you can't be a CEO if you came from sales/marketing/business development background. It is up to the individual to outshine others and rise to the top regardless of the glass ceilings.

I also believe The Management is also playing the long game now and focus on the long term to land the big fish. It's all about STAMINA!

On side note, here is a quote from Joe Biden, President of the United States of America: " You know, stuttering, when you think about it, is the only handicap that people still laugh about, that still humiliate people about. And they don't even mean to. It has nothing to do with your intelligence quotient. It has nothing to do with your intellectual makeup." If you don't like Mark Diamond, that's fine. If you don't support whatever he has done, that's also ok BUT please respect your ANP CEO/MD as a person!
