Seller has packed his bags and headed off on school holidays, or is finished. I suspect he is done selling.
Buyers are timid given that recent history has been plenty on the offer, so no need to push the price.
IMO, if we get an announcement re resolution of covenenant issues, then this could very quickly be back above 10 if not closer to teens.
