Thanks for the screen shot posts Dakoda.
This, as the others, look favourable, so why aren't TV2U and Redstrike or TV2U and LMC directly or some other permutation of commercial relationship, "chomping at the bit" to sign a commercial arrangement? At this stage clearly it is more in TV2U interest to do this asap but not Redstrike/ LMC/ NPFL etc. So what needs to change in a positive way for this to resolve....it appears that at the moment TV2U cannot demand Redstrike/ LMC/ NPFL etc to actually pay for the use of the platform.
What do we need to see happen from this point to the point where we have a fully fledged signed commercial agreement for NPFL.tv? Are there any key known milestones that will guide as when we see some resolution? the payment of listing fees is one example, the EOFY reporting is potentially another, evidence of some meaty marketing efforts rather than tokenisms to date etc which lead to TV2U being able to demand payment.
Despite the monotonous line of discussion, the rusted-on naysayers are right in that we don't have any indication of how or when this will morph into a commercial activity, and if the terms are going to be profitable for TV2U.
