IMO this exercise is purely to make the debt in Fortitude to vanish.
and also to dilute CVI's holding in Fortitude.
get any decent assets out of CVI's name so there is nothing to put a claim on.
As for disclosure, I have held only ops for quite some time, so reading threads I should disclose no holdings, is this right, don't matter much to me.
