One real plus for this company is the management team, so I have real confidence in that side of it. I think everyone is in a a bit of a holding pattern at the mo and just waiting to see what gets announced next, so the speculation is starting to rise.
Are you talking about the SDL office?? I wasnt aware.. West Perth is not that cheap, but I guess it depends where they moved to and how many sq/mtrs of space they have..
