I looked at MEC too over the weekend and saw the same things others have seen
The liquidity is something that was of concern as that equals much more volatility
Also I can't see anything else MEC has other than an option to earn an interest in BUYs well where BUY seem like they are pushing on several fronts and are happy to be risk free on this Sydney well
I remember reading a post here over the weekend from someone who took notes from the AGM, was very informative and eye opening, I'll try find it and put it up for us to all see
