Just need to wait for general market sentiment to pick up again to benefit MDT. It is just not happening for the time being.
Currently there is an excuse that a pullback of at least 50% needs to happen from the March lows, as the rally is a bit overdone and things haven't improved as rapidly as many hoped. I say end of Oct, things will start to pick up again.
As long as MDT can return to dividend payment policy within 2 years, wouldn't be too fussed about it.
