Yeah it's tough to get a real understanding of the platform as an investor, I've done my research and I think there's a good chance their platform streamlines existing process significantly, and they are a standout relative to competitors I've looked at. There's some companies with the 360 camera (mostly US), but Inspector360 also has the photocentric inspection process which is unique to my knowledge and my understanding is what the patent is for.
They've got Geoff B on the board who has been in real estate for a lifetime and owns a ReMax branch, ties with Debbie from PPM group who is invested in AO1, and Simon / Sean are both on the board with Iris Residential so there is plenty of experience there to develop a premium app.
No guarantees, but if those trials convert to a commercial agreement and we see growth this will be looking great. And being a clean nano cap, the downside is fairly limited IMO.
