My guess is that it will not be a takeover, more a merger. It is quite difficult to guess what the ratio will be because both shares have been beaten down and are well off their recent highs. My guess is 75% GCY, 25% FFR whatever that works out to in shares. Something like 1 GCY share for every 8 FFR shares. Seems like a good fit to me so SP may appreciate once the deal is done.
