    You really need to get a clue.
    There's a number of reasons you resign from a board.

    #1 is possible insolvency. You run as fast as you can or your career is cooked.

    I'm not going to list others. It brings in litigation.
    Funny time of year to resign don't you think? And not just one, but two directors.
    Join some dots.
