If #7 is back on the planner then it has the potential but not the certainty to push #10 out to Q4 - so #10 would become "December 2021: Acquisition"
Though if these chips really are all 4DS needs to sure up that data collected to inform a buyout, then regardless of if they go ahead with another iteration they may get taken out whilst the wafers are in the oven.
