Its only got to stay under 16c until the end of next week to prevent a large amount of the oppie dilution.


I'm aware that the last day for payment is later but id hazard that short of a very large rerate (which is good anyway) a lot of the recent bag holders would be unwilling or unable to convert them once they are unable to sell them on market.

I believe its beneficial that they remain unconverted because I do not think the benefit of the extra cash is worth the dilution to the MC with our current cash reserves. I think it would be better for holders (acknowledging bag holders will suffer sorry guys) to have a cap raise at a higher price with an intended purpose to further operations
