Why do you assume that BT have been "found out"?

All that's happened is the same people that got everyone into this mess by lending themselves and their mates hundreds of millions of dollars for dodgy developments have claimed a different result.

In any case, CP have now withdrawn their challenge on the vote (probably because they new that they'd be "found out") and the only thing the Court has to decide on is whether the single resolution is ok.

It's also important that ASIC has already registered BT as the new responsible entity and instructed CP to provide 'executive access' to the accounts.
