Whats your read on the word acquisition ? Does it not say what it means - ie an asset which is bought or obtained ? in this instance for 2.5m dollars, the purpose of that is to put Goodments to some use using the Douugh platform , it will gain traction under DOU because of the scaleability. Goodments didn't have the capability that DOU has. Time will tell but my feeling is that the next few months will be telling in this case.
