@old geo will be your person - but my take is effectively that it shows some level of oil migration into that sand formation. We don't know how large those oil shows are; but it means that there is a chance that those sands are oil charged, which may mean a potential oil discovery. This could be very interesting, as the prospect maps in previous announcements had not indicated an oil prospect/lead at this location...if anything I would've expected it at Vali-2.
In short - they'll need to analyse it more to see what it means - but at this stage they've got signs of oil, which may or may not mean an oil discovery...but a show of oil is better than no show!
