if you couldnt see this train wreck coming, then DYOR.
what more red flags do you need - a company raises $23m cash for some far fetched business case, and then not even six months later they are back asking for another $20m of cash.
if they could not execute a "business plan" the first time, what means they will be able to on a second attempt.
