How much of it will be debt, what will be the likely interest rate on that debt and where will they get it from?
How many new shares will they need to issue and what will be the likely issue price?
What impact will this mine have on the future supply and demand for the product and will this impact current market prices?
Is the existing management capable of getting this project up and running based on past performance?
