You have absolutely no idea as to what you are saying.
It’s not like going down road to the local CNC factory getting them to sign a contract to pump out several million components.
Apart from WBT there are others involved in the selection of a fab.
There are other considerations in signing a contract including licensing, Security, Quality, throughput as well as the clients acceptance of possible working with a different fab.
Add COVID and travel restrictions then I think that an announcement of a FAB and client very soon just shows how great a calibre our BOD are!
