I think Aldi is very underrated. They sell some excellent stuff at dirt cheap prices. Personally I love their Choceur brand chocolates and the Spekulatius cookies. Can't get anything as tasty as that at Coles/Woolies.

After discovering this little surprise I now go to Aldi's quite frequently, bypassing 4 or 5 Woolies that are closer to me.

IMHO some people overestimate the dominance of Coles/Woolies, I can very well see nimble and innovative competitors wedge themselves into the scene.

Honestly, for the Aldi doubters, just grab a bar of Choceur chocolate and see if you still think they haven't got a chance.
